Request A Donation Or Sponsorship

Salazar Roofing & Construction values the importance of giving back to the community. All requests will be reviewed by our Donations Committee for approval. If a donation is granted, you will be notified via e-mail and will be required to pick up your donation at your local Salazar Roofing & Construction location. Please help us serve you and our community better by submitting your applications according to the following required guidelines:

  1. Download & read the Donation Request Application Guidelines packet.
  2. Complete the attached Salazar Roofing & Construction Donation Request Application.
  3. Attach a copy of your organization’s federally issued letter certifying non-profit 501(c)3 status.
  4. Submit the application at least 6-8 weeks prior to the event.
  5. Please mail one copy of your application documents to the Salazar Roofing & Construction office in your community. On the address line, please write, “ATT: Donation Request.”

Please remember, applications which do not meet all 5 requirements will automatically be declined. We cannot respond to phone calls or e-mails regarding the status of your application. If we can help, we will reach out to your organization up to 3 weeks prior to your event.
